We offer funded childcare places for eligible working parents, including:

15 or 30 hours funding for children aged under 2, 2 years, and 3-4 years
Free for 2 places for qualifying two-year-olds
Universal 15 hours and extended 30 hours funding for 3-4 year olds

➤ All of our sessions have the option to be funded. Families can request a full week of 10 sessions which is equivalent to 30 hours.

➤ For children using part time hours, you can only request a maximum of 3 morning sessions, without an accompanying afternoon session. Afternoon sessions cannot be used alone.

➤ These limits are in place to ensure that we can offer as many children in the community a space with us as possible and to allow us to balance the morning and afternoon registers.

Fees from September 2025

Session fees will be £27.00 for each 3-hour morning or afternoon session.

Fees apply to children who:

are not eligible for the 30-hour funded childcare entitlement
are not yet entitled to the universal 15-hour free entitlement
attend additional sessions beyond their funded hours

Snack fund

We offer and provide a healthy snack for all children for every session they attend. From September 2025, the cost of snack is £8 per child, per term (6 terms per year), and will be payable in three instalments, in terms 1 (September), 3 (January) and 5 (April).

Payment and absence policy

Fees remain payable even if your child is absent due to illness or family holidays, as our operational costs remain the same. If you experience financial difficulties, we encourage you to speak in confidence with a member of the manager team—we're here to help.

Withdrawal notice

If you wish to withdraw your child or reduce their number of sessions, a full term's written notice is required. For fee-paying families, failure to provide notice will result in fees still being due for the notice period.

Fee review notice

Session fees are reviewed annually, typically before the start of a new academic year. However, we reserve the right to amend fees mid-year if necessary, with at least one term's written notice provided to families.

Minimum sessions

Children under 3 are required to attend a minimum of two sessions per week. For children aged 3 and over, a minimum of two full days per week is required.
